U.S. Senate Candidate Eldridge Releases Statement on Trump’s Call for Russia to Hack Emails

by Conner for Arkansas

LITTLE ROCK – Former U.S. Attorney and candidate for the U.S. Senate Conner Eldridge today released a statement regarding Trump's recent invitation to Russia to hack the emails of Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton.

Statement from Conner Eldridge:

"Trump's comments inviting Russia to conduct espionage are more than alarming, and they should be worrisome to anyone. There is a pattern here of reckless, dangerous rhetoric Mr. Trump uses on a consistent basis. From his comments on arming Japan with nuclear weapons to his praise of brutal dictators such as Saddam Hussain, it's clear his frightening rhetoric with regard to foreign policy must change.

I condemn these statements and call on Senator Boozman to do the same and to explain how he can support Donald Trump in light of these comments."
