U.S. Senate Candidate Eldridge Releases ‘Bozemon Go’ Video Criticizing Opponent’s Excessive Foreign Travel
LITTLE ROCK - The Conner Eldridge for U.S. Senate Campaign released a web video titled "Bozemon Go." The satirical web video highlights Sen. Boozman's numerous travels abroad since being elected to Congress. The video, parodying the "Pokemon Go" app, shows a group of children searching for a "Bozemon" but coming up empty-handed. The Eldridge campaign said the video is a humorous way to communicate a serious message underscoring the ineffectiveness and absence of his opponent since being elected to Congress 15 years ago.
"When I found out the number of foreign countries Sen. Boozman has visited since holding office, I found out why 44% of Arkansans don't know who he is -- he's never here!" said Eldridge. "Sen. Boozman's record of visiting foreign countries over 120 times and only passing five bills renaming five post offices shows that he prefers traveling to foreign countries over doing his job in Arkansas. That is not fair to the people of this great state."
The Eldridge Campaign, the first U.S. Senate campaign to use Pokemon Go in a campaign video, released the web video today, which you can watch here.
