I have some very exciting news. I am proud to announce that with my stops Friday in Ozark, Paris, and Booneville, I have been to all 75 Arkansas counties in less than a year during this campaign, and I'm just getting warmed up. I fundamentally believe that the job of a U.S. Senator is to engage with, listen to, and fight for the people of this state, and you can't do that unless you hear from people in every corner of the state, in every county.
For too long, Washington has ignored Arkansans and the problems we face every day. That will change when I’m elected to the Senate. My opponent is not engaged with this state. He does not travel the state. He also remains silent on the issues facing Arkansans. We need a United States Senator that will work hard, listen to all Arkansans and then aggressively represent them. That is a major distinction in this race: I'm willing to put in the sweat equity and shoe leather it takes to speak with Arkansans face-to-face and then give them a strong, new voice when I’m elected to the U.S. Senate.
